Pumping services include emptying the tank(s), a visual inspection of the entire system, cleaning any filters present, and an assessment of your system’s current health.
Our technicians may also suggest:
- Frequent filter cleaning (available as a separate service between your pumping services)
- Bacteria additives (see our “Order Bacteria Additives” page for more info!)
- Root removal & treatment (RootX)
- Installing risers or replacing covers
Let us know when your alarm sounds and we will pump out the tank(s) in a timely manner.

- Replacing covers
- A further inspection to check for leaks
- Contacting an installer to repair the alarm
